Mr. Thirumalai Nadar founded TTV Hitech Chamber Brick in 1996 in Sivakasi, and it is currently run by his son, Mr. T. Thomas Vaigundamani, who moved there. He originally began his business as a chili merchant before switching to chambers. His grandson, “Mr. T.Raja Sekar and Mr. T.Premkumar,” began chambers and earthmovers as a sizable business before converting their chamber into a high-tech chamber by bringing in foreign machinery for the manufacturing unit. It was the first chamber in Tamil Nadu to employ a “Robo Stacker,” a brick settling machine.
